We want you to be 100% satisfied with your sports memorabilia and gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all eligible collectibles and fan apparel. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with official league tags intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Collectibles

  Securely place the items in their original protective packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and tags, to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the memorabilia for quality and authenticity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
